Dr. L. Chandra Sekaran joined IGNOU on 3rd February, 1993 at its Headquarters in New Delhi and subsequently worked in IGNOU Regional Centre, Chennai, Cochin and Southern Zone Regional Printing Centre (SZRPC), Coimbatore and presently working in IGNOU Regional Centre, Cochin. During his service, he also worked on Deputation at Department of Revenue Administration, Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Viluppuram, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Department of Youth Affairs, Govt. of India, Sriperumbudur and Anna University of Technology, Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore.
He has done B. Com., MBA (Marketing), M. Phil. (Management), Ph.D. (Management), PG Diploma in Human Resources Management, PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights and PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication besides M.A. (Public Administration).
Dr. Chandra Sekaran has published number of Research Papers in National and International journals of repute and presented many Research Papers in the National and International Conferences.
He is a Member of All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, Coimbatore Management Association (CMA), Fellow Member of International Association for Engineering and Management Education, Chennai.
